THE CLUFF FAMILY

Hello | Welcome to the family buisness | The business of helping god gather His children | We can’t wait to work side by side with you in this wonderful marvelous work

PRESIDENT & SISTER CLUFF

President David W. Cluff and Sister Jennifer J. Cluff were called on October 20, 2022 by President Russell M. Nelson to serve as Mission Leaders of the Florida Fort Lauderdale Mission.

President and Sister Cluff are Arizona natives and raised their family in Queen Creek, Arizona. They had just moved back to their home town of Gilbert, Arizona when the call was extended to serve.

Both President and Sister Cluff were set apart by Elder Jeffrey R. Holland on June 21, 2023 and began their service in the Florida Fort Lauderdale Mission on June 27, 2023.

With testimonies rooted deeply in Jesus Christ and His restored gospel, President and Sister Cluff hold tightly to the belief that all are invited to the table to join in the gospel feast. They also believe it worth whatever effort it takes to help assist everyone we meet to His table. There is room enough for everyone. (Luke 14:16-24) It is our mandate as missionaries to help The Father and His Son gather Their children into the safety and joy of the covenant path. President Russell M. Nelson said “The Lord has commanded that we spread the gospel and share the joy of covenants. That is why we have missionaries. He wishes for every one of His children to have the opportunity to choose the Savior’s gospel and embark upon the covenant path.”

President and Sister Cluff’s vision for the FFLM is quite simple. It is that within the very DNA of the FLORIDA FORT LAUDERDALE MISSION a Christ-like culture will be cultivated. One that is full of kindness, boldness, radical generosity, and consecrated obedience as we gather others to enter into the waters of baptism, receive the gift of the Holy Ghost and to begin their journey on the covenant path. (Mosiah 18:8-30) The Lord wants all His children to be bound to Him thru covenants. That is why we teach toward the temple in this mission.

They both pray that each missionary will have many daily personal profound experiences with Christ that will allow each servant to see His hand moving in their lives. It is also their prayer that each missionary will go forward after their time of consecrated missionary service converted to the Lord and His restored gospel, and become lifelong disciples of Christ to bless. lift and help prepare the world for Christ’s Second Coming.

President and Sister Cluff have complete faith in this generation of missionaries and trust them to do the great work that is theirs to carry forward. They were born to “gather-in”.
